High Efficiency Concentrate Thickener

Thickening is a process for flocculation, filtration, and compression of concentrated phase of slurry. Our high efficiency concentrate thickener utilizes flocculating agent to increase the size of the sedimentary solid particles, thus quickening sedimentation. Furthermore, an inclined plate is installed in the interior of the thickener helps to reduce the sedimentation distance, which enlarges sedimentation area and further enhances sedimentation efficiency. The thickener is also fitted with a whole set of automatic system. Our product also features high capacity.

Concentrate thickener is primarily applied for hydration of ore concentrate and tailings, to improve the concentrate of ore pulp from about 20 to 30 percent to 40 to 70 percent. It is often used in many areas such as metallurgical industry, chemical industry, coal plants, and non-metal ore dressing plants as well as environmental protection.
